1. Become a Advertiser by enrolling and paying $7.77 per month plus a one time fee for 6 months, only $99.00. Each subsequent set of 6 months will cost $46.62. This allows you to place 7 items for sale on this web site at all times; any of these items can be changed or updated as often as you wish.
   
   
2. All Advertisers will have the opportunity to take advantage of the compensation plan that is set forth in these terms and conditions.
   
   
3. In order to qualify; an Advertiser must personally enroll 3 new Advertisers who all sign up for $7.77 per month.(Plus the sign up fee)
   
   
4. All Advertisers that are qualified will be compensated as follows:
1. All Advertisers will have no more than 7 Advertisers directly under them. These 7 will be signed up by this Advertiser or will be placed under the Advertiser due to the spill over from above Advertisers.
2. After an Advertiser has his or her 7 directly under them any additional Advertisers that you enroll will be considered spill over and be placed under the direct 7, and will become a part of your second generation (49 Advertisers). After your second generation is full any new Advertisers that you sign up will be placed in your third generation (343 Advertisers). And so on and so on for 7 generations. (No compensation is paid beyond the 7th generation).
3. All Advertisers will be paid as follows:
1. $1.00 per month for each Advertiser in their first generation.
2. $1.00 will be paid for each Advertiser in their second generation.
3. $1.00 will be paid for each Advertiser in their third generation.
4. $1.00 will be paid for each Advertiser in their fourth generation.
5. $0.25 will be paid for each Advertiser in their fifth generation.
6. $0.25 will be paid for each Advertiser in their sixth generation.
7. $0.25 will be paid for each Advertiser in their seventh generation.
4. In the event that one of the 3 Advertisers that you personally enrolled quits or terminates his or her membership, by not paying their monthly dues this has to be corrected by enrolling a new Advertiser. (YOU MUST at all times have at least 3 Advertisers that you personally enrolled that are active). To avoid this becoming a problem try to personally enroll more than 3 Advertisers for protection.
5. Compensation will be paid monthly by check.
6. It is understood that all advertisers are Independent, and not employees of BlueBook LLC. All qualified advertisers will be responsible for their own taxes.
7. All Advertisers when advertising items for sale on the ShopTheSeven.com web site will be held liable for anything listed that goes against the ShopTheSeven.com code of ethics. (No obscene images, vulgar language, or vulgar gestures will be tolerated). This could lead to immediate termination as an Advertiser.
8. All projected income for compensation are projections and are not guaranteed. To become "Compensation Qualified", the advertiser must have at least one ad on the site at all times.
